ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations representative with Ricky Sanchez Insurance, you will create a memorable customer experience by leaving a positive influence on our customers. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and identifying additional opportunities in every interaction.

Ideal candidate and work at least 30 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain client records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • This is a sales-minded customer service role, must be comfortable setting and hitting goals
  • Ability to deescalate high-stress situations calmly.
  • Be honest, hardworking, and caring for our team and our customers!
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
